Cowen denies knowledge of payment

The Minister for Foreign Affairs says he knows nothing about an alleged €100,000 payment to a serving Fianna Fail cabinet minister.

Brian Cowen is rejecting suggestions that an internal Fianna Fail investigation is underway into the claims.
