Gardai recover stolen paintings

Gardai in Dublin have recovered two paintings which were stolen from Russborough House in Blessington, Co Wicklow, last year.

The paintings, which were out of their frames, were in a good condition and have been sent to the National Gallery for expert examination.

Gardai will also conduct a technical examination of the artworks as part of their investigation.
