Flood may refuse legal costs

Ireland On Sunday reporter, Frank Connolly, who was the first journalist to expose alleged corruption in North Co Dublin through a series of articles in 1996, has said that Justice Flood may punish witnesses who failed to co-operate and frustrated the work of the Tribunal.

"This absolute frustration that he experienced at certain times will be reflected," he said.
