Gardaí have named the three-year-old girl who was killed in a traffic accident near the village of Clarecastle in County Clare yesterday.

Gardaí have named the three-year-old girl who was killed in a traffic accident near the village of Clarecastle in Co Clare yesterday.

She was Maggie Moore from Shannon Drive, Corbally in Limerick.

She was killed when the Volvo car in which she was a back seat baby carrier passenger was involved in a two car collision on the Clonmel side of the village.

Two others were injured in the accident and were taken to hospital for treatment.
