Dublin residents hold flood protest

Residents from flood-affected areas of Ringsend and Irishtown in Dublin held a rush-hour protest this morning.

The protest, in response to funds allocated to residents when the river Dodder burst its banks earlier this year, was expected to cause major problems for commuters.
