Overnight accidents kill three men

Overnight accidents have claimed the lives of three men.

A 22-year-old Galway man was fatally injured when he lost control of his motorbike near Derritin, Leenane in Co Galway.

A 17-year-old male, also on a motorbike, was killed at Breaffy in Castlebar in Co Mayo.

A 19-year-old Cavan man was fatally injured when the car he was driving was in collision with a pick-up truck close to Ballyjamesduff in Co Cavan.

He was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was removed to Cavan General Hospital.

The names of the deceased have not been released yet.
