Kidnapped woman turns up safe

A 41-year-old woman kidnapped from her home in Allenwood in Co Kildare has been found safe and well.

Helen Judge was found in a wooded area in Co Louth this morning following a tip-off to the gardaí.

Gardaí say she appears to be in good health although she has been taken to hospital as a precaution.

No ransom was paid over.

Mrs Judge had been missing since her abduction from her home on Monday morning.

Gardaí say they received a call at 3am which led to finding Mrs Judge.
