Gardai foil raid in Dublin shop

Gardai have now arrested a man following an attempted raid in Dublin. Officers managed to foil the raid which took place in the North side of the city.

The raider entered the Marino Mart shop just before 9pm last night armed with a gun. A passerby noticed the man holding customers and staff at gunpoint. Gardai were then alerted about the incident.
