The Chambers of Commerce in Ireland is calling on the electorate to vote yes in the Nice Treaty referendum.

The Chambers of Commerce in Ireland is calling on the electorate to vote yes in the Nice Treaty referendum.

The chambers say the ‘No-to-Nice’ campaign is dishonest and negative. The Chambers of Commerce represent 12,000 businesses in this country.

Its chief executive said a yes vote would enhance Ireland’s voice in the EU. It would also increase Irish markets, which would also increase Ireland’s jobs and prosperity.
