Carryduff baby to be buried today

A baby girl who was found dead on the outskirts of Belfast five months ago is due to be buried later today.

The infant was found with multiple stab wounds beneath undergrowth in laneway in Carryduff last March.

Despite numerous appeals, her mother has not come forward.

The child will be laid to rest following an interdenominational service in Belfast this morning.
