A baby girl who was found dead on the outskirts of Belfast five months ago is due to be buried later today.

A baby girl who was found dead on the outskirts of Belfast five months ago is due to be buried later today.

The infant was found with multiple stab wounds beneath undergrowth in laneway in Carryduff last March.
