Clare motorcycle accident victim named

The 20-year-old motorcyclist who died in Co Clare last night has been named as Declan McDonagh from Doolin.

Mr McDonagh was killed when he struck a pedestrian and a parked car at Rathbaun in Lisdoonvarna at 2.45am today.

The pedestrian was also injured, but not seriously.
