PANA sets up fund to challenge Nice referendum

One of the groups campaigning for a No vote to Nice is establishing a fund to take a legal challenge against a second referendum on the Treaty.

The Peace and Neutrality Alliance believe it is unconstitutional to hold a referendum again.
