Enviromental Ansbacher report on government failings
A report is due out this week that knocks the government's development of Ireland over the last 10 years.
The report has been compiled by a group called Earth Summit Ireland and contains 34 accounts of neglect and enviromental failures around the country.
The 165-page dossier entitled 'Telling it like it is' is due to be given to the UN's environmental chief when ESI head to Johannesburg for a world summit this week.
The environmental group will also be confronting the government at the meeting. 60,000 delegates from around the world will convene to discuss issues like the Kyoto pact at the 2 week conference.
