34-year-old David McDowell was beaten to death in the loyalist Shankill Road area on August 16 last year.

Days later, the three main suspects were shot during suspected republican punishment attacks.

The detective leading the investigation into the murder today released video footage taken minutes before the killing and appealed for witnesses to testify.
