Armed raiders steal cash in County Meath

There has been an armed raid in Clonee this afternoon.

Raiders entered a bookmakers at 4.30pm in County Meath.

Four men, reported to be armed with a swan-off shotgun, entered the bookmakers and then demanded cash.

The men then escaped in a blue Alfa-Romeo with an undisclosed amount of money.

Gardai have now begun a full investigation into the robbery.
