Shots fired and blast bombs in the North

There are reports that shots have been fired on the Ardoyne and the Alliance avenue in the North this afternoon.

15 shots were fired across the peaclines in Belfast and blast bombs were thrown as well.

Only stones were being used afternoon.

Catholics now claim that loyalists, up until the end of the Apprentice Boys’ march this afternoon, were throwing blast missiles over rooftops into people’s gardens.

In addition, there is now a huge police presence building in anticipation of an open air concert this evening.
