Derry postal services remain suspended

Postal delivery services in Derry remain suspended today, after a threat was made against a member of staff.

The threat came after the loyalist paramilitary group, the Red Hand Defenders, a cover name for the UDA & UFF, warned that it would take action in revenge for the murder of construction worker David Caldwell.

The Communications Workers Union in Derry has said all postal workers are taking the threat seriously.
