Gorbachev makes tribute to Irish credit unions

The former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev has paid tribute to the Irish League of credit unions for developing branches in Russia.

The Social Democrats has been promoting the concept of credit unions in and around the city of St. Petersburg.
