NI health officials look outside to answer crisis

Health officials are being forced to recruit from abroad as a result of a growing crisis in the number of nurses working in Northern Ireland hospitals.

The latest figures show that one in every 16 nurses working in hospitals across the north is not from Northern Ireland or Britain.
