McGuinness claims North could be transformed in 10 years

It's been a busy day at Stormont with meetings involving the Northern Secretary, John Reid, discussing the security and the political situation.

John Reid met the acting Chief Constable Hugh Ward, and the general officer commanding British troops, to discuss the worsening security situation, and surveillance on suspected Loyalist paramilitaries.
