The Northern Ireland Prison Service has been forced to release 10 prisoners after a European court ruled that their human rights had been abused.

The Northern Ireland Prison Service has been forced to release 10 prisoners after a European court ruled that their human rights had been abused.

The prisoners were due to be released from jail last month but had lost remission having been accused of committing offences while in prison.
