Billy Wright's father seeking investigation assurances

The father of murdered LVF leader Billy Wright is seeking assurances from Northern Secretary John Reid about the independence of the Canadian judge appointed to examine his son’s murder.

David Wright recently cancelled a meeting with Justice Peter Cory because the judge turned up with an official from the British government’s Northern Ireland Office in tow.
