Cullen: Recycling and incineration top of agenda

Recycling and incineration are to be placed top of the Government waste management policy.

Environment Minister, Martin Cullen, made the announcement at a key address on Ireland’s rubbish mountain. Mr Cullen feels " we must face reality and action is overdue".
