Indian nationals make High Court appeal

A 25-strong group of Indian nationals and asylum seekers are due to challenge their continued detention in Limerick prison tomorrow in the High Court.

They inmates were given leave by the president of the High Court earlier this week to seek a judicial review for bail to be granted.
