Police prepare for Drumcree

The British Army has begun its preparations for tomorrow’s march at Drumcree with earthworking equipment moving in and razor wire and steel barricades being erected around the church at Drumcree.

The area has been the site of tense stand-offs for several years as Orangemen have been prevented from following their traditional parade route through a largely Nationalist area.
