Harney says laws are in place to prevent Ansbacher repeat
The Tanaiste and leader of the Progressive Democrat party, Mary Harney, has described the publication of the report into holders of Ansbacher accounts as a damning insight into the world of conspiracy, fraud and tax evasion.
She says that a new regulatory system has now been put in place which will ensure that such abuses will not occur again.
