Man injured in west Dublin shooting

A man is recovering in hospital today after being injured in a shooting in Ballyfermot in west Dublin.

A man is recovering in hospital today after being injured in a shooting in Ballyfermot in west Dublin.

The victim was sitting in a car on Killeen Road just before 9am when two men approached on a motorcycle and opened fire.

He was wounded in the upper body and is receiving treatment at Tallaght Hospital.
