Man to seek judicial review of plastic bullets

A man who was injured by one of the British Government’s new-style plastic bullets is seeking a judicial review of their use.

The man, who was shot in north Belfast last July, will argue that the new bullets are more dangerous than the ones they replaced and that their use breaches the European Convention on Human Rights.
