The 95 Irish soldiers and gardaí involved in the peacekeeping mission in Bosnia will remain on duty for at least another 11 days after the UN security council voted unanimously to extend the mission’s mandate.

The 95 Irish soldiers and gardaí involved in the peacekeeping mission in Bosnia will remain on duty for at least another 11 days after the UN security council voted unanimously to extend the mission’s mandate.

The vote last night extended the mandate until July 15.
