Tobacco firms launch challenge to Public Health Act

Two tobacco firms have launched a legal challenge to legislation regulating the manufacture and marketing of cigarettes.

John Player & Sons and Gallagher have both filed objections in an effort to get the courts to overturn sections of the Public Health Act.
