Programme claims MI5 knew of police collusion
According to a BBC documentary screened last night the MI5 has been aware for 13 years about claims of police collusion in the murder of solicitor Pat Finucane.
Panorama said MI5 has now begun submitting evidence to the Stevens Investigation into the claims of collusion.
Last night's programme revealed that the main British intelligence-gathering agency, whose headquarters are in London, was aware right from the start of possible police collusion in the Pat Finucane case.
Pressure is continuing to build for a full public inquiry.
