Nice 'not just about neutrality': Kenny

Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny has warned the Government against believing that the Nice Treaty referendum was defeated on the issue of neutrality alone.

Mr Kenny is in Madrid to attend a meeting of the European Peoples' Party, the largest political grouping in the EU, ahead of the European summit.
