Protestors hold anti-drugs rally in Dublin
Around four hundred protestors from all over Ireland have held a major anti-drugs rally at Government Buildings in Dublin.
The Citywide Drugs Crisis Campaign said the protest is a reminder to the new government that the supply of drugs is out of control around the country.
Spokesperson Anna Quigley said that additional resources promised to gardai in drug-ravaged areas for the end of the last year have yet to materialise.
She said today's demonstration is intended to show the government that they must live up to their commitments.
