Pedestrian dies crossing road in Wexford

A pedestrian was knocked down and killed as he crossed Bellfield road in Enniscorthy, County Wexford early this morning.

The 18-year-old - who has not yet been named - was struck by a van on the road. The incident happened at 3.20am.
