Harney to request lifting of lid on Ansbacher by High Court

Tanaiste Mary Harney id reported to be on the verge of asking the High Court to publish the final report by inspectors into the Ansbacher affair.

Mr Harney has been studying the report in her capacity as Minister for enterprise, Trade and Employment and has asked that it be made public as soon as possible.
