The owners of the Kitty O Shea’s chain of Irish pubs have won a legal battle to use the name on its premises in Boston.

The Hilton hotel chain and Irishmen Brian and Kevin Loughney were in dispute over the name, but the jury found that the Co Mayo brothers had the right to trade as Kitty O’Shea’s in Boston.
