The Taoiseach Bertie Ahern is to meet with the Spanish Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar tonight.

The two men are to discuss the upcoming European summit in Seville and in particular the declaration on neutrality which Mr Ahern wants attached to the Nice Treaty.
