Penrose re-elected as Labour chairman

The Labour Party has re-elected Willie Penrose as its parliamentary chairman and has elected Emmet Stagg as chief whip.

The appointments were made at the party’s first meeting since the general election, when if failed to increase its showing in the Dail.
