DNA samples from an 18-year-old Cork man on trial for the murder and rape of a young woman in a Co Cork park matched samples found in her body, a jury has heard.

The 18-year-old man cannot be named for legal reasons. He denies the murder and rape of Ms Rachel Kiely, (aged 22), at the Regional Park, Ballincollig, Co Cork on October 26, 2000.
