Dail seats filled at last

The last seat in the 29th Dail was finally filled last night.

The last battle was between the Independent Mildred Fox and Labour’s Nicky Kelly.

Mildred Fox managed to beat her opponent by only a handful of votes.

The recount in Wicklow had been delayed because of the unavailability of the hall for the recount.
