Wicklow recount adjourned until noon

The announcement of a result in the Wicklow recount has been adjourned until noon today.

The ninth recount has been completed and an outcome is expected once the adjusted results are tallied.

It is believed there may now be just five votes between Independent candidate Mildred Fox and Labour's Nicky Kelly
