The Vintners Federation of Ireland has repeated its call for the Equal Status Act to be revoked.

At its annual conference today, Chief Executive Tadhg O’Sullivan said members are being exploited by false claims under the Act. He said a minority section from the Travelling Community are abusing the legislation.
