Cavan/Monaghan recount gets underway

A recount is underway in Cavan/Monaghan to determine which Fine Gael candidate takes the fourth and final seat in the constituency.

Andrew Boylan is 121 votes behind Seymour Crawford, and it is expected that Crawford will be elected.
