Kelly out after fourth count in Limerick East

The fourth count in Limerick East has now been completed without anybody reaching the quota.

Alderman Micheal Kelly, who stood as an independent, is now eliminated.

Meanwhile, a recount is taking place in Limerick West, where two Fine Gael candidates finished just one vote apart.
