Desperate hunt for snatched baby
Police in Belfast today launched a major search after a car with a 10-month-old baby boy inside was stolen from a cemetery.
The boy was left asleep in the back of the black Honda Civic while his father went to tend a grave in the City Cemetery on the Falls Road.
The Police Service said it was concerned for the safety of the baby and appealed for anyone who saw the vehicle - registration TAZ 8986 - leave the cemetery or may have seen it elsewhere to contact them.
The search operation around west Belfast was mounted by police as the desperate parents waited for news.
