Ervine blames IRA for apparent loyalist regrouping

It is feared that loyalists may be regrouping after claims that there is increased IRA activity.

Progressive Unionist Party leader David Ervine however says that the UVF ceasefire is being put under pressure by "double standards" being committed by the republican movement.

"We therefore have to assume that the same type of thing is going to happen on the other side as well," he said.
