The leader of the Labour party, Ruairi Quinn has returned to the issue of healthcare on the campaign trail today as he visits constituents in Counties Meath and Louth.

The leader of the Labour party, Ruairi Quinn has returned to the issue of healthcare on the campaign trail today as he visits constituents in Counties Meath and Louth.

He began his tour of the area in Dundalk at Louth County Hospital where he attacked the Government over the quality of the healthcare system in Ireland.

Other issues being raised by the electorate included levies from water and refuse, crime levels and road improvements.
