Costello loses High Court bid to stop mail franking

Labour's Joe Costello has lost his High Court bid to stop An Post from continuing to frank mail with a Fianna Fail logo.

An Post has been ordered to provide Senator Costello with a franking machine, so his outgoing mail doesn't carry the slogan.
