Sinn Fein is pledging to end the two-tier health system if elected to power. Central to the party’s health policy is a care system, which is free at the point of delivery.

This means free GP care and hospital care will be introduced over 10 years. Sinn Fein would also immediately increase health funding to 9% of GDP.
