Fine Gael pledge to knock €400 off car insurance for young drivers

Fine Gael is proposing to knock €400 off car insurance for young drivers as part of a new “drive training programme”.

Speaking at the launch of his party’s youth policy, Michael Noonan said Fine Gael in Government would also double higher education grants for students in a bid to entice more young people to attend third level colleges.
